Installing the Zoom application

It's important to know that you do not require admin rights to install zoom.

  1. Visit the zoom Download Center.
  2. Under Zoom Client for Meetings, click Download.
  3. Double click the downloaded file. It is typically saved to your Downloads folder.
  4. Choose the destination for installation:
  5. Select Install only for me: 
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Repeat these steps for any future updates and you will not have to provide the Local Admin password to install or update Zoom.
